PPTP installation on Windows 10

Installation

1) Click on “Network” icon in your taskbar (bottom right corner) and select “Network Settings”

2) In the left menu select “VPN” and click on “Add a VPN connection” on the right

3) Fill the settings as follows:

VPN Provider: Windows (built-in)
Connection name: Le VPN France PPTP (you can give any description you like)
Server name or address: fr.le-vpn.com (you can use any server from this list: https://www.le-vpn.com/clients/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&id=240&language=english )
VPN type: Point To Point Tunneling protocol (PPTP)
Type of sign-in info: User name and password
User name (optional): Your Le VPN user name
Password (optional): You Le VPN password

Check “Remember my sign-in info” and click “Save”

Connect to Le VPN

1) From the same “Network”-> “VPN” tab select newly created VPN connection “Le VPN France” (or any description you gave to this connection)

2) Click on “Connect”
3) Once connected you will see “Connected” status

Disconnect from Le VPN

1) From the same “Network”-> “VPN” tab select newly created VPN connection “Le VPN France” (or any description you gave to this connection)
2) Click on “Disconnect”
