Le VPN via L2TP/IPSec on Windows Phone
Windows Phone is a discontinued Microsoft platform with no dedicated Le VPN app, but its built-in VPN settings support L2TP/IPSec. Here are the manual setup steps.
Manual L2TP/IPSec Setup on Windows Phone
Set up a VPN profile using the built-in VPN settings on your Windows Phone.
1
Open VPN settings
Go to Settings > VPN and tap + to add a new VPN connection.
2
Fill in the connection details
Set Profile name to whatever label you like (e.g. "Le VPN France"), Server name or IP address to your chosen server (e.g. fr.zeropointer.net), Type to L2TP with IPSec, and Connect using to "username + password + pre-shared key".
3
Enter credentials and connect
Enter your VPN username and password, set Pre-shared key to levpnsecret, and tap Save. Then tap the connection you just created to connect - the status will change to "On" once it's established.
Once connected, confirm it worked by checking your IP address - if it changed, Le VPN is successfully active.
