Our app for Vega OS is live in the Amazon Appstore. Amazon's two newest Fire TV Sticks run Vega OS instead of Fire OS, and they launched unable to run any VPN app — ours included. That gap is now closed, and the app is included in the subscription you already have.

One press on the remote sends every app on the TV through the tunnel — streaming apps, games, the Appstore, everything. Vega OS runs a single VPN tunnel for the whole device, so there is nothing to pick app by app.

  • No extra cost. Sign in with your existing account; the TV counts as one of your 10 simultaneous connections.
  • For the two Fire TV models on Vega OS — the Fire TV Stick 4K Select (2025) and the 2nd-generation Fire TV Stick HD (2026), on Vega OS 1.2 or later. Every other Fire TV runs Fire OS and keeps getting the Fire OS build of our Android app from the same Amazon listing: the Appstore gives each device the app it can run.
  • Sign in with your VPN username and password from your activation email, or your client area email and password — never a mix of the two.
  • WireGuard, with servers in 100+ locations. The Vega app has one protocol and no protocol setting; on a network that blocks WireGuard, use a Fire TV on Fire OS or an Android TV device, where our app offers WireGuard Ultra Stealth.
  • Threat Protection, Bypass VPN for local networks (turn it on if casting or a home device stops responding while connected), favourite servers and a built-in Test your IP, because a streaming stick has no web browser.

If your phone connects too, give the Fire TV a different Cryptographic ID in Settings: two devices sharing an ID present the same key to the server.
